PocketRocket policies.

1. Overview

PocketRocket is an all-ages mobile game designed to minimize data collection and to be appropriate for families, including children.

The current version of PocketRocket:

• does not require or offer user accounts;
• does not display third-party advertisements or use advertising SDKs;
• does not use analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, social-login, cloud-storage, or similar SDKs that transmit user data from the app;
• does not provide cloud saves, online leaderboards, chat, or other social features; and
• stores scores, game progress, and basic preferences locally in the app's storage on the player's device.

PocketRocket does not sell personal information. PocketRocket does not share personal information collected through the app because the app does not collect personal information from its users.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the PocketRocket mobile app. It does not govern the separate data practices of an app store, operating-system provider, device manufacturer, internet service provider, email provider, or third-party website.

In this policy, "child," "children," or "minor" means a person who is considered a child or minor under the laws that apply where that person lives, including laws concerning privacy, data protection, online services, and digital consent.

3. Information Stored Locally on the Device

PocketRocket may store the following information locally in the app's storage:

• player scores;
• game progress; and
• basic game settings or preferences, such as sound or control settings.

PocketRocket does not send this local game information to us or to a PocketRocket server. We do not use it to identify the player, create a profile, advertise to the player, or track the player across apps or services.

Depending on the player's device, operating system, and backup settings, the operating-system provider or device manufacturer may back up or transfer app data as part of a device backup, restore, or device-to-device migration. Those platform services are controlled by the applicable provider and are governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. PocketRocket does not operate or control those services.

4. Personal and Sensitive Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

PocketRocket does not collect personal or sensitive information through the app. In particular, PocketRocket does not collect or transmit:

• names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, or home addresses;
• usernames, account identifiers, passwords, or login credentials;
• precise or approximate location;
• contacts, call logs, text messages, calendars, or installed-app lists;
• photos, videos, files, documents, camera data, microphone recordings, or other audio;
• payment-card details, bank information, or other financial information;
• health, fitness, biometric, racial or ethnic, political, religious, sexual-orientation, or similar sensitive information;
• advertising identifiers or persistent device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, MAC address, BSSID, or SSID;
• IP addresses, app-usage analytics, advertising profiles, crash logs, or diagnostics transmitted from the app; or
• gameplay data sent to a developer, analytics provider, cloud service, or leaderboard server.

5. Children's Privacy

PocketRocket is intended to be appropriate for families and children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app, and the app does not ask children to provide names, contact details, location, photos, audio, videos, messages, or other personal information.

PocketRocket does not use behavioral advertising, interest-based advertising, remarketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking for children or any other users.

Children should ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us when assistance is needed. If a parent or guardian believes PocketRocket has collected personal information from a child, they may contact us at monty@moosemonitor.io. Because PocketRocket does not operate accounts or store app-collected personal information on our servers, we ordinarily will not have app data to locate, provide, correct, or delete. We will nevertheless review and respond to the request. If we learn that we received a child's personal information through a support communication without any consent required by applicable law, we will delete it as reasonably practicable.

6. Advertising, Purchases, and Commercial Content

PocketRocket does not currently display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs, targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, remarketing, or advertising measurement.

PocketRocket does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid product placement, wagering, real-money gambling, sweepstakes, or prize-based promotions.

An app store may independently process information related to downloading or purchasing the app under its own terms and privacy policy. PocketRocket does not receive a player's full payment-card or banking details from the app store.

If PocketRocket later adds advertisements, purchases, subscriptions, cross-promotions, or other commercial features, we will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable app-store disclosures before or when the changed version is released. Any feature available to children will be designed and configured to comply with applicable children's privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection requirements.

7. Third-Party SDKs and Services

PocketRocket does not currently integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, social-login, cloud-storage, push-notification, attribution, or tracking SDKs that transmit user data from the app to us or to another organization.

Ordinary operating-system and app-store components may still operate outside PocketRocket and process information under their own terms. If PocketRocket later adds a third-party service or SDK that accesses, collects, transmits, or shares user data, we will review that service, update this Privacy Policy, and update our app-store data disclosures before or when the change is released.

8. Social Features and User-Generated Content

PocketRocket does not include social-networking or multiplayer-communication features. Users cannot use PocketRocket to:

• chat or send messages;
• post or upload freeform content;
• share photos, videos, audio, or personal information;
• communicate with other users; or
• create public profiles or public leaderboards.

9. Accounts

PocketRocket does not require or offer user accounts. There is no account login, account recovery, cloud account, cloud synchronization, or remote account-deletion process.

Local game data can be removed through any in-app reset option that may be available, by clearing PocketRocket's storage in the device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Platform backups or device-transfer copies, if any, are controlled through the applicable platform provider's settings.

10. Sale, Sharing, and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling.

Because PocketRocket does not collect personal information through the app, we do not disclose app-collected personal information to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, social networks, or other third parties. We also do not share player scores or progress with third parties through PocketRocket.

Information voluntarily sent to us for support may be processed by service providers that help us operate email or customer support, solely to provide those services on our behalf. We may also disclose support information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, the developer, or the app.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data

Scores, progress, and settings remain in local app storage until one or more of the following occurs:

• the player uses an in-app reset or deletion option, if available;
• the player clears PocketRocket's storage or data in device settings;
• the player uninstalls PocketRocket;
• the operating system removes, resets, restores, or migrates the app data; or
• the device is reset, lost, replaced, or otherwise becomes unavailable.

Because PocketRocket does not upload local scores or progress to us, we cannot remotely access, restore, transfer, correct, or delete that local data.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may retain the information you voluntarily provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain business records, protect our legal rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Unless a longer period is required for one of those purposes, we aim to delete or anonymize support communications within 24 months after the last interaction.

You may request access to or deletion of support information you provided by contacting monty@moosemonitor.io. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request, and we may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

12. Voluntary Support Communications

If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as:

• your name and email address;
• the content of your message;
• device or app-version details you voluntarily include; and
• screenshots, recordings, or files you voluntarily attach.

This information is not automatically collected by PocketRocket. We use it only to respond to the request, troubleshoot problems, improve support, protect our rights and users, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell support communications or use them for behavioral advertising.

Please avoid sending information that is not needed to resolve your request. Parents and guardians should submit requests concerning children where appropriate.

13. Security

PocketRocket is designed to reduce privacy and security risk by avoiding accounts and by not transmitting personal information or gameplay data from the app.

Local game data is protected by the security features of the player's device and operating system. Players and parents or guardians are responsible for device-level protections such as screen locks, parental controls, app permissions, backup settings, and physical control of the device.

We use reasonable safeguards for support communications that we receive. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. International Users and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you or your parent or guardian may have rights concerning personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing.

Because PocketRocket does not collect personal information through the app, we generally will not have app-collected personal information to provide, correct, or delete. If you voluntarily contacted us for support, you may submit a privacy request concerning that communication at monty@moosemonitor.io. We will respond as required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information, share personal information for targeted advertising, or use personal information for automated profiling through PocketRocket.

15. App Stores, Operating Systems, and Device Providers

PocketRocket may be distributed through third-party app stores such as Google Play. App stores, operating-system providers, and device manufacturers may independently process information relating to store accounts, downloads, purchases, security, licensing, diagnostics, backups, or device operation. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

If PocketRocket's data practices materially change, for example through the addition of accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, analytics, crash reporting, advertisements, purchases, social features, or data-transmitting SDKs, we will update this policy and our app-store disclosures before or when the changed version is released.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your download, installation, access to, and use of PocketRocket. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PocketRocket, you agree to these Terms.

If you are not legally old enough to agree to these Terms in the place where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of PocketRocket as required by applicable law.

Do not use PocketRocket if you or your parent or legal guardian do not agree to these Terms.

2. About PocketRocket

PocketRocket is a mobile game designed for general audiences and families. The current version may store scores, game progress, and basic settings locally on the player's device.

PocketRocket does not currently provide user accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, social networking, chat, user-generated content, or multiplayer communication.

3. Family-Friendly Use

PocketRocket is intended to be appropriate for children and families. You must not use PocketRocket in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or inappropriate for children.

PocketRocket does not currently provide dating, open chat, wagering, real-money gambling, real-money prizes, or prize-based promotions.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for deciding whether PocketRocket is appropriate for a child in their care, supervising the child's use where appropriate, and configuring relevant device and parental-control settings.

4. Local Scores, Progress, and Settings

Scores, game progress, and settings are stored locally in the app's storage on your device. PocketRocket does not operate a cloud-save or remote-recovery service.

Your local game data may be lost if you uninstall PocketRocket, clear its storage, reset or replace your device, lose access to your device, or experience a device or operating-system failure. Depending on your device and settings, the operating-system provider or device manufacturer may back up or migrate some app data under its own terms.

We do not guarantee that scores, progress, or settings can be recovered, restored, or transferred.

5. No User Accounts

PocketRocket does not currently require or offer user accounts. There is no account login, account recovery, cross-device synchronization, remote account deletion, or remote restoration of local scores.

6. No Third-Party Ads or In-App Purchases

PocketRocket does not currently display third-party advertisements and does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid product placement, wagering, or real-money prizes.

An app store may charge for the app or process a download or purchase under the store's own terms. If PocketRocket later adds monetization features, they will be described in the applicable app-store listing and policies, and any required consent or parental controls will be implemented.

7. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, SolisIndago grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use PocketRocket for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app store and law.

PocketRocket is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no ownership right or intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

8. Restrictions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit PocketRocket or any part of it;
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits that activity;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, platform, or technical restrictions;
• interfere with PocketRocket's normal operation or introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized modifications;
• use PocketRocket for an unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose;
• misrepresent your relationship with PocketRocket or its developer;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
• use PocketRocket in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

PocketRocket and its associated software, name, logos, artwork, graphics, sounds, music, text, game design, gameplay elements, and other content are owned by SolisIndago or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

"PocketRocket" and associated branding may be trademarks or trade names of SolisIndago. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the branding except as it appears during ordinary authorized use of the app.

10. Feedback

If you voluntarily send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about PocketRocket, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you as the source without your permission. Do not send confidential information in feedback.

11. Updates, Compatibility, and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue PocketRocket or any feature at any time, subject to applicable law. Updates may change gameplay, compatibility, technical requirements, storage behavior, features, or content.

Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that PocketRocket will remain compatible with every device, operating-system version, app store, or hardware configuration.

12. Devices, App Stores, and Third-Party Terms

Your use of PocketRocket may depend on your device, operating system, app-store account, storage settings, backup settings, parental controls, network, and other services outside our control.

Separate terms and policies from Google Play, Android, your device manufacturer, your mobile carrier, or another platform provider may also apply. Those providers are not responsible for obligations that belong to SolisIndago, except as their own terms or applicable law provide.

13. Privacy

Your use of PocketRocket is also governed by the PocketRocket Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

The current version stores scores, progress, and settings locally and does not collect personal information through the app. Voluntary support communications are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

PocketRocket is provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that PocketRocket will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, compatible with every device, or that local scores, progress, settings, or other data will always be preserved. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and backups where available.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and any non-waivable statutory warranties remain in effect.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolisIndago and its owners, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to PocketRocket, including loss of scores, progress, data, use, enjoyment, opportunity, or device functionality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights you have under consumer-protection or other applicable laws.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PocketRocket at any time and may uninstall it from your device.

We may suspend support, discontinue distribution, revoke the license granted under these Terms, or take other reasonable action if you materially violate these Terms, misuse PocketRocket, infringe rights, or create a risk of harm to users, children, families, the developer, the app, or third parties, subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will survive.

17. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws, except where the mandatory laws of the place where you live require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

Your continued use of PocketRocket after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using PocketRocket.
