DecentDash policies.

1. Overview

DecentDash is an all-ages mobile game. We designed DecentDash to minimize data collection and to be suitable for families, including children.

DecentDash does not create user accounts, does not operate a cloud leaderboard, does not collect personal information through the app, does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information with third parties.

Scores and gameplay progress are stored locally on the player's device only.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the DecentDash mobile app.

For purposes of this policy, "child," "children," or "minor" means a user who is considered a child or minor under the laws of their country, region, or state, including laws that apply to children's privacy, data protection, online services, and digital consent.

3. Information Stored Locally on the Device

DecentDash may store the following information locally on the player's device:

• Player scores
• Game progress
• Basic game settings or preferences

This information stays on the player's device. We do not receive it, upload it, sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it.

4. Personal Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

DecentDash does not collect personal information through the app.

DecentDash does not collect:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Home addresses
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Audio or microphone recordings
• Camera data
• Payment information
• Usernames or account IDs
• Passwords or login credentials
• Device advertising IDs
• Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, MAC address, BSSID, SSID, or similar persistent device identifiers
• Health, fitness, biometric, financial, political, religious, or other sensitive information
• Gameplay data sent to a server
• Analytics, tracking, or advertising profiles

5. Children's Privacy

DecentDash is intended to be appropriate for families and children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not ask children to provide names, contact information, location, photos, audio, videos, messages, or other personal information.

We do not use behavioral advertising, interest-based advertising, remarketing, profiling, or tracking for children or any other users.

If a parent or guardian believes that DecentDash has collected personal information from a child, they may contact us at monty@moosemonitor.io. Because DecentDash does not store personal information on our servers, we may not have any data to locate or delete, but we will review and respond to the request.

6. Ads, Monetization, and Commercial Content

DecentDash does not currently display third-party advertisements.

DecentDash does not currently use advertising SDKs, interest-based advertising, remarketing, behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising.

DecentDash does not currently include in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid product placement, gambling, simulated gambling for real money, wagering, sweepstakes, or prize-based promotions.

If DecentDash adds ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, cross-promotions, or other commercial content in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy, update our Google Play disclosures, and ensure that any content shown to children is appropriate for children and complies with applicable children's privacy and advertising laws.

7. Third-Party SDKs and Services

DecentDash does not currently use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, social login SDKs, cloud storage SDKs, or tracking SDKs that collect personal information from users.

If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Google Play Data Safety disclosures before or at the time the change is released.

8. Social Features and User-Generated Content

DecentDash does not include social networking features.

DecentDash does not allow users to chat, post, upload, share freeform content, send messages, exchange personal information, or communicate with other users through the app.

9. Accounts

DecentDash does not require or offer user accounts.

Because DecentDash does not create accounts, there is no account login, account recovery, cloud save, or account deletion process. Local game data can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, share, or disclose personal information collected through DecentDash because DecentDash does not collect personal information through the app.

We do not share player scores with third parties. Scores remain on the player's device.

11. Data Retention

DecentDash stores scores and game progress locally on the player's device.

Local data remains on the device until one of the following occurs:

• The player deletes the data inside the app, if that option is available
• The player clears the app's storage/data through device settings
• The player uninstalls DecentDash
• The device operating system removes or resets the app data
• The device is lost, reset, replaced, or otherwise made unavailable

Because scores are stored locally and are not uploaded to us, we cannot remotely access, restore, transfer, or delete local scores.

12. Data Deletion

Players and parents/guardians can delete DecentDash's local data by:

• Opening the device's app settings
• Selecting DecentDash
• Choosing the option to clear storage/data, or uninstalling the app

Uninstalling DecentDash may permanently delete local scores and progress.

If you contact us by email about a privacy request, we will use the contact information you provide only to respond to your request.

13. Voluntary Support Communications

If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message content, device details you voluntarily provide, and any screenshots or files you choose to send.

Support communications are not collected by the DecentDash app itself. They are provided voluntarily when you contact us.

We use support communications only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell support communications.

Unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, we delete or anonymize support communications within 24 months after the last interaction.

14. Security

DecentDash is designed to avoid transmitting personal information from the app.

Scores are stored locally on the device. Users and parents/guardians are responsible for device-level security, such as device locks, parental controls, backups, and app storage settings.

No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, but we minimize risk by not collecting or storing personal information through the app.

15. International Users and Privacy Rights

DecentDash is intended for users in multiple countries and regions.

Depending on where you live, you or your parent/guardian may have privacy rights under applicable law, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.

Because DecentDash does not collect personal information through the app, we generally will not have app-collected personal information to provide, correct, or delete. If you have contacted us for support, you may contact us at monty@moosemonitor.io to request access to or deletion of the support information you provided.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising. We do not use personal information for profiling.

16. App Store and Platform Providers

DecentDash may be downloaded through third-party app stores or platforms, such as Google Play. Those platforms may process information under their own privacy policies and account terms. We do not control how Google Play or device manufacturers process data outside of DecentDash.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.

If we make material changes to DecentDash's data practices, such as adding ads, analytics, accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, social features, or third-party SDKs that collect data, we will update this Privacy Policy and our app store disclosures.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DecentDash, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are a child or minor under the laws of your country, region, or state, you may use DecentDash only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian who allows a child to use DecentDash agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DecentDash.

2. About DecentDash

DecentDash is a mobile game designed for general audiences and families.

The app may store scores, game progress, and basic settings locally on your device. DecentDash does not currently provide user accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, social features, or multiplayer communication features.

3. Family-Friendly Use

DecentDash is intended to be appropriate for children and families.

Users must not use DecentDash in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or inappropriate for children.

DecentDash does not provide chat, posting, messaging, user-generated content, dating, gambling, wagering, or real-money prize features.

4. Local Scores and Game Progress

Scores and game progress are stored locally on your device.

If you uninstall DecentDash, clear app data, reset your device, change devices, or lose access to your device, your local scores and progress may be permanently lost.

We do not guarantee that local scores or progress can be recovered.

5. No Accounts

DecentDash does not currently offer user accounts.

Because there are no accounts, there is no account recovery, cloud account deletion, cross-device synchronization, or remote restoration of scores.

6. No Ads or In-App Purchases

DecentDash does not currently display third-party advertisements.

DecentDash does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid product placement, gambling, wagering, or real-money prizes.

If monetization features are added in the future, they will be disclosed in the app store listing and applicable policies.

7. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use DecentDash for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

You do not own DecentDash or any part of the app. You receive only the right to use the app under these Terms.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense DecentDash except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
• Use DecentDash for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation
• Attempt to bypass security, platform, or device restrictions
• Misrepresent your relationship with DecentDash or its developer
• Use DecentDash in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

9. Ownership

DecentDash, including its name, code, design, artwork, gameplay elements, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by SolisIndago or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of DecentDash or its content to you.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue DecentDash at any time.

Updates may change gameplay, compatibility, features, storage behavior, or technical requirements.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the app.

11. Device and Platform Requirements

Your use of DecentDash may depend on your device, operating system, app store account, platform rules, storage settings, parental controls, and other factors outside our control.

Your use of DecentDash may also be subject to Google Play terms, Android terms, your device manufacturer's terms, and your mobile carrier's terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of DecentDash is also governed by the DecentDash Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

The current version of DecentDash stores scores locally on your device and does not collect personal information through the app.

13. No Warranty

DecentDash is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that DecentDash will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that local scores and progress will always be preserved.

Some countries, states, or regions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those places, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolisIndago will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of scores, loss of progress, loss of data, device issues, inability to use the app, or interruption of gameplay.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws or other laws that cannot be waived.

15. Termination

You may stop using DecentDash at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to DecentDash if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that may harm the app, users, children, families, the developer, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws, except where the laws of your country, region, or state require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country, region, or state.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.

Your continued use of DecentDash after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
